If no return label is provided, you can create one using vianEx Ship ManagerMC Lite or vianEx Ship Manager on vianex.ca. Be sure to obtain the return address and any specific delivery instructions from the sender.
Each returned package requires its own label, even if sent to the same address.

You can drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled shipments at a vianEx retail counter or parcel box. If you need help with your return label, visit a vianEx shipping center or an accredited ExpediCentreMD with your package. Ensure your shipment meets weight and size restrictions.
For convenience, schedule a pickup online from your home or office. Self-testing kits for COVID-19 are not accepted at vianEx-accredited ExpediCentre and vianEx On Place Centres. However, you can ship or drop them off at a vianEx shipping center.
Check our list of centers and hours or schedule a one-time pickup if no center is nearby. Ensure your package is properly packed before drop-off or pickup.
Once you have deposited your return, if you are registered for tracking alerts and package delivery notices, we will notify you by email, text message or mobile application as soon as thearticle is in transit. You can also follow it online.
